Course Overview

  • Introductory level for aspiring Chartered Accountants.
  • Covers four subjects: Accounts , Eco, Law, Quantitative Aptitude.
  • Conducted thrice a year in January, June & September.
  • Total of 400 marks, combining objective and descriptive tests.
  • Focuses on building a strong foundation in finance, accounting, law, economics, and mathematics.
  • Equips students with essential skills for advanced studies in finance.
  • Develops conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and communication abilities.

Eligibility Criteria of CA Foundation Course

  • Provisional Admission for Class 10 Passouts:

    • Candidates who have passed Class 10 from a state or central board (or an equivalent exam) can apply.
    • Admission remains provisional and will be regularized after clearing Class 12.

  • Class 12 Appearing or Passed Candidates:

    • Students currently appearing for Class 12 or those who have already passed can register for the CA Foundation exam.

  • Minimum Marks Requirement:

    • Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in Class 12 to be eligible for registration.

Subjects

Accounting (100 Marks): Fundamentals of financial accounting, including recording, summarizing, and interpreting financial transactions.

Business Laws (100 Marks): Introduction to basic legal concepts and principles relevant to business transactions and operations.

Quantitative Aptitude (100 Marks): Developing mathematical and statistical skills essential for solving business problems and making informed decisions.

Business Economics (100 Marks): Understanding economic concepts and their application in business decision-making and planning.
